BROWNING MACHINEGUN U.S. CAL..30 M1919A4
念願が叶ってM1919A4を手に入れることができました。
他国でのライセンス生産モノでなく、他国へ供与されたり.308（7.62NATO)に換装されたりしてない正真正銘のBROWNING MACHINEGUN U.S. CAL..30 M1919A4 です。
WWⅡUS歩兵科のごく一般的兵士の装備品をコレクションしている身としては、M1小銃（ガーランド）、M1カービン、M1（A1)トンプソン短機関銃、M1903小銃（スプリングフィールド）、BARを揃えれば取り敢えず大体の戦線を網羅できるのでOKとなるところですが、何というか、アクセント的なものとしてこのM1919A4をずっと欲しいなぁとは思っていました。
ただ、M1919A4はこれまでに幾つかToy Gunとしてモデル化されたことはありましたが（ガレージキットなども含めて）、ディテールに納得行くものが無く入手に至ることはありませんでした。
で、今回思い切って「無可動実銃」の形で入手に踏み切った、という訳です。かなり状態のいいモノを得ることができました。

One of my dreams came true; I have just got the U.S. machinegun M1919A4.
It is not an other country's licenced-product, nor had been brought to the other countries, nor had been resized to .308(7.62mm NATO); the ‘’REAL‘’ Browning machinegun U.S. cal..30 M1919A4.
I have been collecting the accouterments of the ordinary U.S. infantrymen of WWII, therefore, I had been seeking for the opportunity to get the M1919A4 as the final accessories even though I have already got the M1 rifle, M1 Carbine, M1 Thompson, M1903 rifle and Browning Automatic Rifle (of the air-soft gun or the replica gun or deactivated).
There are not so few toy-gun M1919A4 has been made ever, but the qualities of their appearance do not fulfill enough for my requirements. Therefore I have not had them. And I decided to acquire the deactivated M1919A4 in very good condition.
